EVERVUE Products Terms and Conditions

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in our products.
We, Evervue Middle East (FZC) and/or its affiliates (“we” “our” or “Evervue”), provide a variety of products that you can enjoy with our mirror, mirror TVs, and other products, listed here (“Products”), and these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will cover your use of our Products.
ALL OUR TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BY USING OUR WEBSITE, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Condition of sale:
All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges.
Warranty:
For customers based in UAE:
All purchases come standard with a 12 months’ warranty on manufacturing defect and 90 days free technical support. If there seems to be a defect in the product, first start your support ticket at www.evervue.com/support for technical assistance. If a product needs to be returned for repair, the customer can ship the product back to us to the address we will provide. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and it is strongly recommended to use the original or a similar a good packaging to avoid damages. We do not accept products to be dropped off without any shipping packaging. Evervue will ship the repair/replaced product back to the customers within UAE. Evervue has the right to repair or to replace the product with new or refurbished components. Remote controls, power supplies, parts, extension cables, light bulbs, special order parts, after-market parts, are (due to the nature of the product) NOT covered by any warranty.
For customers based outside UAE:
All purchases come standard with a 12 months’ warranty on manufacturing defect and 90 days free technical support. If a product needs to be returned for repair, customer can ship the product back to us to the address we will provide. International customers outside UAE are responsible for the shipping freight costs and duties prepaid to our service center in UAE and also the customer is responsible for the shipping and duties back to the customer. It is strongly recommended to use the original or a similar a good packaging to avoid damages. We do not accept products to be dropped off without any shipping packaging. Evervue has the right to repair or to replace the product with new or refurbished components. Remote controls are (due to the nature of the product) NOT covered by any warranty. Bulbs Remote controls are NOT included in any warranty.
Customer Support:
Every purchase comes with free technical support on a Fair Use bases and ONLY to the original customer that purchased the product from Evervue Middle East (FZC). It is up to Evervue Middle East (FZC) to determine when the customer exceeds the use of our Free Technical Support.
Refund and Exchange Policy:
All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges, unless otherwise agreed on. Sales to businesses, regardless of their use, are never refundable. Customized products NEVER qualify for any refund or exchange policy.
Also, remote controls, power supplies, parts, extension cables, light bulbs, special order parts, after-market parts, are NOT eligible for return for refund. All sales of these items are final.
If the customer’s purchase qualifies for return policy, please make sure that you meet the following requirements:
The product must be packed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, and should not show any signs of usage. (If your return does not comply, we may not be able to refund you or we may charge a restocking fee, which will be determined by us). You will be responsible for shipping the product to us. Transportation damage is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly advise to select the correct transportation company and to buy insurance. On receipt, please allow 3 business days for inspection.
After the inspection has been completed, we will proceed with the refund and send you a notification. It’s a bank to bank transactions so refund can take up to 5 business days before you can see it posted on your account.
Transport Damage:
All deliveries MUST be inspected on receipt and any damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt by sending an email to shipping@evervue.com that contains: the order number, photos of the damage and other information that you believe is relevant. Also, the product MUST be on the location of the original delivery address. Transporting the products to another location is fully for the responsibility of the customer.
Bench Testing requirement: After taking the product out the packaging, customer is required to test the product before installation. This is to detect possible internal defects caused by transportation. Evervue, the seller cannot be held liable and responsible for any damages or defects that occur or are discovered after the bench test. Failure to test the product prior to installation makes any internal and external damage caused by handling and transportation the sole risk of the buyer. The bench test include: Connect to power, turn on the TV and or mirror and look for clearly visible defects. Any defects must be reported by email, with pictures to shipping@evervue.com
Missing Products:
The customer MUST inspect all deliveries to see if there is anything missing. If an order is not complete, the customer MUST report this within 24 hours after delivery by sending an email to shipping@evervue.com that contains: the order number, a description of the missing item.
LED Display Pixel Policy:
It is not uncommon for one or more sub-pixels to become fixed in an unchanged state. They may appear as a bright sub-pixel or a dark sub-pixel. These pixels can occur during the production process. This is not considered a defect.1-3 inactive pixels is considered acceptable and within industry standard – this is not only an Evervue standard but an industry standard for all LED panels.
Small Scratch/Irregularity Policy:
Very small scratches, or very small irregularities –that are difficult to see- on a larger surface is not common. This is not considered a defect.
ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
All Customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the order is canceled while in production, a 30% production fee will be applied, and the remainder will be refunded. Because this is a specially crafted product, we give each customer an estimated delivery time. Due to the fragility and specialty of the product unexpected delays may occur causing delivery times to be extended, the same refund/production policies apply to all non-delivered or delayed orders. Due to computer display variances, all materials used in making our Customized products may appear slightly different color on our website than they do in person. For a nominal fee, we offer samples of all materials used in the making of these products. Order cancellations or returns based on slight color differences are not accepted.
Warranty: All Customized orders come with a 1 year in factory warranty. For warranty claims the customer must ship the warranty item, freight prepaid and we will repair/replace according to the warranty and ship to the original order shipping address at our expense. It is important to understand what can be expected of the TV image displayed on a Mirror TV. Since a Mirror TV is “interactive” with the environment in which it is used, the viewing image will never look exactly like that of a standard TV. Lighting elements in the room (including windows that may need to be shaded during daylight use) can be adjusted for optimal viewing. The mirror glass is a reflective surface and some items in the room of use can be visibly reflected in it, even in the area where the TV screen is located. Usually, a user experiences an adjustment period in which they acclimate to the differences between the display of a mirror TV and a standard TV. This is like a settling in period that should be considered normal for a product of a different caliber than one is used to utilizing. All measurements include a + – 2mm (79/1000”) tolerance.
BY USING OUR PRODUCT, YOU CONFIRM THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You also confirm that:
1.1. You have reached the age of 18.
1.2. You are the owner or the end-user of the Products, and you represent that you have reviewed these Terms or with your contractor/subcontractor before using the Products and that you and your contractor or subcontractor understand and consent to these Terms. If you are the owner or end-user who is using the Products, you accept and agree to: (i) supervise the use of the Products; (ii) assume all risks associated with the use of the Products; (iii) assume any liability resulting from the use of the Products; (iv) ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of all information submitted by you or the contractor/subcontractor; and (v) assume responsibility and are bound by these Terms for the owner and end-user’s access and use of the Products.
Sometimes we may need to change these Terms. We’ll let you know about any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. By continuing to use our Products after the updated Terms become effective, you confirm that you understand and accept the updated Terms.
USER GUIDELINES:
We work hard to protect the security and safety of all users of our Products. We also strive to make our Products available without interruptions. To help us meet these goals, you agree that:
i. You won’t reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or make any attempts to repair or open our Products without our technical support consent.
ii. You won’t modify or disable any features of our Products.
iii. You won’t create any derivative works based on our Products.
iv. You won’t use our Products in any way that violates these Terms or any laws, rules, regulations, codes of practices, guidelines or any other requirements of regulatory authorities, as amended from time to time, within the jurisdiction in which you are a resident or from which you are using the Products (“Applicable Law”).
v. You won’t use our Products in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, or compromise the systems or security, or interfere with other users of our Products.
INTERNET | Our Products may require Internet access to provide certain features to you. You acknowledge that access to the Internet may result in charges depending on your payment plan, and that we are not responsible any such charges, nor for the availability or speed of the Internet.
WI-FI CONNECTION | Selected Products comes wi-fi features. We will not be responsible for any Wi-fi failure connection due to distance or barrier.
BLUETOOTH | Selected Products has a Bluetooth connection that you can access to connect with your other gadgets. We will not be responsible for any Bluetooth failure connection due to distance or barrier.
OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) | Selected Products come with updated version of operating system. If you happen to have the old version of OS on our product you either purchase it before the new version was release. Some of our products may not be suitable with the latest OS version and we will not be liable.
APPLICATION |
UPDATES | We’re always working to make our Services better. To share improvements and new features with you, we may provide updates or upgrades to our Products. These updates and upgrades are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop our Products and may include patches, enhanced features, plug-ins, and operating system (OS) new versions.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES | We work with a global network of partners to provide you with useful content in our Services. This may include Bluetooth, Android OS or other contents provided by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). We aren’t responsible for, and have no control over, any Third-Party Services, and we aren’t liable for any damages or losses that are caused by any Third-Party Services.
PRODUCT GUIDELINES | Our Products come with standard up to customization items. We specially crafted each product to perfections.
CHANGE / TERMINATION OF WARRANTY
CHANGE | We may, at any time:
i. Change, add, suspend, or remove warranty from your Product.
ii. Suspend or terminate your right to use your Warranty, including access to technical support.
ENDING THESE TERMS | BY EVERVUE | We may suspend or delete your Evervue Product Warranty or stop providing you with all or part of our Services at any time, if:
i. We reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms or the instructions we provide in our Products.
ii. You have clearly demonstrated (either directly or through your actions, statements, or otherwise) that you don’t intend to comply with these Terms.
iii. We are required by Applicable Law to end all or part of our Warranty Services (for example if due to changes in Applicable Law or due to court rulings or judgements which make the Services or parts of them to become or be considered unlawful).
If we suspend or delete your Evervue Warranty Services, we will notify you using the email address associated with your account or the next time you attempt to claim your Warranty Services, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, these Terms will terminate, including, without limitation, your Warranty to use our Services. This means that you have to stop using all of our Services. The termination of these Terms shall have no prejudice to any rights, obligations, and liabilities that you or we have accrued or incurred during the term of these Terms
